Wildflower Pole Fitness Classes

Level 1 Pole

This beginner-friendly class introduces the building blocks of pole fitness. You’ll learn fundamental movements such as basic climbs, spins, walks, transitions, and floorwork. Whether it’s your first class or you’re returning to polish your technique, this class is all about building strength, confidence, and control.

Prerequisites: None

Level 1.5 Pole

Level 1.5 bridges foundational moves and more advanced tricks. You’ll explore beautiful shapes and transitions using moves like jasmine, figurehead, genie, and pole sits. This class also includes conditioning and drills to help prepare for inversions in Level 2. Expect a mix of dynamic spins and flow on both static and spin pole.

Prerequisites: Progressing pole climb, jasmine, pole sit, genie

Level 2+ Pole

This class will be a level 2 and up class. Level 2 introduces more advanced techniques including ground-based inversions as well as moves such as crucifix, leg hangs and butterfly. You’ll work on conditioning for shoulder mounts and Ayesha prep while learning how to combine tricks into longer combos. This class emphasizes clean technique and control on both static and spin.

Prerequisites: Confident climb, aerial jasmine, pole sit, and a comfortable/progressing invert from the ground.

More about Level 2+ Pole

Level 2+ will also provide more advanced students with progressions such as adding in aerial inversions and shoulder mounts, as well as ayesha transitions. Advanced students will have the option to extend combos.

Open Pole

Open Pole is a self-guided training session designed for students to practice skills at their own pace. There is no formal instruction or spotting during this time, so prior pole experience is required. We encourage students to train safely, warm up thoroughly, and stay within their ability level. Please respect your body, the space, and fellow polers.

Prerequisite: Prior pole experience

Important: For your safety, no new tricks should be attempted without prior instruction.
