For everyone's fun and safety, please review our following studio policies.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join for safety reasons.
  • We require a 4-hour cancellation notice to avoid losing a class credit or incurring a fee.
  • Class sign-ups close 30 minutes before the class start time. Please sign up within this window. We do not accept walk-ins.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of a class credit.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to attend class.

  • Clean poles are everyone’s responsibility! Please wipe down your pole before and after class. Disinfectant will be provided.
  • Good personal hygiene is required to attend class. Please make sure your hands and body are clean before touching the poles.
  • Open wounds or abrasions must be covered with a bandage.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home to prevent the spreading of illnesses.
  • Communal grip aid is available for trial; personal grip aids are welcome and encouraged.
  • Please do not use lotions or oils on class days as these products can transfer to the poles and make them slippery. This is a danger for you, the instructor, and other students.

  • Skin contact is essential for grip. Form-fitting shorts that expose thigh skin and sports bras are recommended. Pole wear and bikinis are also welcome.
  • Full nudity is not allowed in class.
  • Pole heels are allowed after completing at least 3 beginner classes or with instructor approval.
  • Please do not wear jewelry during class or open climbs. Jewelry can injure you and damage the poles.

  • Listen to your instructor and stay within your ability level.
  • Please alert your instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or disabilities that may affect your ability to perform moves. Our instructors are more than happy to come up with alternatives!
  • Guests are not permitted in the studio during class times.
  • There is no vaping or smoking inside the studio.
  • For your safety and the safety of other students, please refrain from giving instruction during class.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone from class for unsafe or disrespectful behavior.
  • Alcohol, drugs, or impaired participation is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reschedule class sign-ups if impairment is suspected.
  • Multiple offenses of disrespectful and/or impaired behavior will result in the loss of a attendance access without refund.

  • All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Class packages and memberships are non-transferable.
  • Expiration dates on packages are firm unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Open Pole is unsupervised practice time. No instruction, spotting, or coaching is provided. One staff member will be on-site, but they are not responsible for guidance or supervision.
  • Participation is at your own risk—please warm up, stay within your skill level, and use caution.

  • Photos or videos may be taken in class only with consent.
  • Please inform your instructor before class if you do not want to be photographed or filmed.
  • Do not record other students without their explicit permission.

  • This is a body-positive, inclusive, and judgment-free space.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in the loss of a class pass without a refund.
  • Please respect the privacy and boundaries of your fellow students.
