About Us

My name is Ruby, the other half of the Wildflower founding team! I started pole dancing in 2023 with no prior experience in aerial arts or dance.

Pole dancing has been a pivotal element in my life as it has cultivated a sense of determination in gaining new skills, flourished my sense of belonging to a community of talented creative people, and played a significant part in my growth of overall wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally.

I love welcoming new pole dancers to the community and encourage Wildflower to be a space where anybody can begin their pole journey.

Outside of the pole studio, I am graduating with a Bachelor’s degree this December from Cal Poly Humboldt and I love cook and bake for my loved ones!

I blossomed into my love for pole in 2021 after a few years of training on silks. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of learning from a variety of incredible instructors in the Sacramento area.

What I love most about pole is how strong it makes me feel. I’m all about combining strength-building moves with fun combos. And I’m always excited to challenge myself with new tricks. My goal is to help students build strength and develop skills on the pole that will make every move feel natural and effortless.

When I'm not pole dancing, I work as a hydrologist. I have a sweet fur baby and a beautiful trophy husband (his words, not mine). We love hiking, backpacking, and fishing with our doggo. In the winter, you will find me at the mountain snowboarding!
